Uncover your health story

I start by learning the details relating to your health story. Once I understand your symptom picture I then ask more in-depth questions about your diet, lifestyle and emotional well-being. With this information I begin to develop the foundations of your health plan.

Assessment technique

I use an assessment technique called Iridology. This is a non invasive tool I use to observe the iris of your eye.  Studying the iris lets me determine your physical and emotional health and suggest specific treatments that will be included in your health plan.

FAQ

Your questions answered.

What is herbal medicine?

Herbal medicine is the study and exploration of the interactions between humans and plants. Herbal medicines are plant-based medicines made from differing combinations of plant parts e.g. leaves, flowers or roots.  Herbs are inexpensive, widely available and diverse in what they offer to us.

What is iridology?

Iridology is a natural non invasive tool used to observe the iris of the eye. By observing the iris we can determine the physical and emotional health of a person and suggest specific treatment protocols.

What  is a tinture?

Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking the bark, berries, leaves, flowers (dried or fresh), or roots from one or more plants in alcohol. The alcohol pulls out the active ingredients in the plant parts, concentrating them as a liquid.
